This 2-hour interactive workshop is tailored for nurses who have experienced disciplinary action at work—whether a warning, suspension, or termination—and are left feeling overwhelmed or inadequate. It is also designed for those who have faced disciplinary action from their state Board of Nursing or believe they are at risk of disciplinary action.
In this workshop, participants will explore practical strategies to rebuild confidence, reduce stress, and regain focus on the work they love. Through a supportive and encouraging environment, this workshop will help nurses process their experiences, reclaim their sense of purpose, and take actionable steps toward personal and professional renewal.
Learner Outcome: At least 80% of nurses attending this class will verbalize one action they intend to implement to enhance their return to loving nursing. Contact hours are available.
This workshop creates a space for understanding, empowerment, and growth. Join us to take the first step in getting your life and career back on track.
